Coop's Bio:
But something was missing, despite the cheering and adulation from the finish line crowds. How could Raymond share his great love and passion of the sport and the benefits accrued from exerting one self in physical activity?
Research shows that many people start exercise programs but fail to stay with them. Raymond believes a big part of this problem is that consumers are exercising in the improper equipment. People must feel comfortable when exercising! Yet many start an exercise program without determining their foot type or exercise in apparel that’s doesn’t fit correctly or both. People exercising in the wrong shoe may not stay with a walking or running program because, inevitably, they will develop aches and pains that are attributable to the shoe problem. Wearing the improper shoe can cause pain in your back, legs, feet and can even lead to serious injury.
Today, you can see Raymond’s commitment to the health, fitness and wellness of his fellow Houstonians when you visit either of his FSS stores or participate in his programs and community events. Raymond Cooper, owner-operator and Houston Health motivator. |
