OFFICIAL RULES - FINISH STRONG SPORTS
FREE SHOES FOR LIFE SWEEPSTAKES (12/1/02 – 2/28/03)

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Texas 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees of Finish Strong Sport and its affiliates, advertising, promotion agencies or printers and judges and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins Sunday, December 1 at 8:00:00 AM CDT. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM CDT on Friday, February 28, 2003. Post card entries must be received by Friday, February 28, 2003. Entries received prior to or after the Promotional Period are void.
4. ENTRY:
   1. Visit www.finishstrongsports.com, from 12/01/02 through 2/28/03. Click on the “Free Shoes for Life” link, fill in the required information and submit form.
   2. Send a postcard with your name, address and daytime and evening phone number to Finish Strong Sports, Free Shoes for Life Sweepstakes, 14620 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77079. All entries must be received by the last day of every month during the promotional period. Entries received after the last day of the month will be resubmitted into the subsequent month’s drawing. Finish Strong Sports (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Limit one entry per person, per month, regardless of method of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system or phone line errors, software/hardware malfunctions, or other errors, failures, or delays in transmissions that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes and award the prizes from among eligible entries received as of the date of such action should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration or proper play of the game. By entering, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. Void where prohibited.
5. DRAWING/ODDS: Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about the 3rd day of every month during the promotional period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from all methods of entry. Winner will be notified by phone within approximately two days of drawing. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within thirty (30) days following notification. If winner does not respond within thirty days or documents are not returned within thirty days, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion in connection with all Sweepstakes and Sponsor matters without further compensation, except where prohibited.
6. PRIZE: One (1) prize awarded per month: A new pair of athletic shoes will be awarded at regular intervals each year of winner’s life. Intervals will be determined by a questionnaire which will determine the activity level of the winner at the time of the sweepstakes. Interval is no less than twice per year and will not exceed five times per year. Approximate retail value: $500 per year. All applicable taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In case of unavailability, sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. RELEASE: By accepting prize, winners agree to release Finish Strong Sports and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies and advertising/promotional agencies, from any liability, loss or damage incurred from use, misuse or acceptance of prize.
9. WINNER/OFFICIAL RULES: For name of winner or a copy of these official rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Finish Strong Sports, Free Shoes for Life Sweepstakes, 14620 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77079. Request must be received by 4/1/03. Limit one request per outer envelope.
10. DATA COLLECTION: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes entrant agrees to receive e-mails from sponsor regarding other promotions. Sponsor will not share entrant data with any outside third party.
